How we run a Pakistani case for a client who lives abroad.
What happens from the first WhatsApp to the last certified copy — and the things we will not do, however the case is going.
From first message to closed file.
First message
WhatsApp or the contact form. Tell us the country you live in, the district in Pakistan and the kind of matter, and send photos of the documents you have.
Review and written quote
A lawyer reviews the papers, checks the record in Pakistan where needed, and sends a written note of the realistic routes, the scope of work and the fee before anything is filed.
Engagement and identity
A written engagement, a conflict check, and copies of your CNIC, NICOP, POC or passport. We act only on instructions from the client or a properly appointed attorney.
Power of attorney
We draft it narrowly and tell you which signing route works from your country. Original posted to us by courier.
Filing and hearings
We file and appear. You are told in advance if any step needs you personally, by video link or in Pakistan.
Updates and closure
After each hearing, a same-day WhatsApp summary and the scanned order. At the end, certified copies and your originals are couriered back.
What we will not do.
These are the reasons clients abroad get hurt by lawyers at home. They are our rules.
- We do not promise outcomes or timelines that the courts control.
- We do not offer to “manage” a judge, an official or a registrar. If someone offers you that, walk away.
- We do not ask you to hand original title documents to a relative or a property dealer.
- We do not take instructions from a relative who has no written authority from you.
- We do not file a case we think is not worth bringing. We say so in writing.
Your time, our time.
Pakistan stays on UTC+5 all year. Our office day is 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PKT, Monday to Saturday; WhatsApp sent after hours is read the next business morning.

- Consultations and updates in English, Urdu and Punjabi.
- Fees are quoted in writing after we have seen the documents, before any filing. Court fees, certified-copy charges and courier costs are listed separately.
- Payment is by bank transfer against an invoice issued by the firm.
