KBL & Associates is a Lahore-based law firm advising domestic and international clients on both contentious and non-contentious matters, spanning eight core practice areas under one roof.
KBL & Associates was founded by Khalil Ahmad Bhullah to bring together the disciplines a growing business actually needs at the same table: banking and finance, projects and energy, corporate and commercial law, tax, legislative drafting, dispute resolution, capital markets, and real estate and development.
The firm’s founding conviction is that contentious and non-contentious work shouldn’t sit in separate practices answering to separate partners. A financing agreement, a shareholder dispute, and the tax filing that follows are, in practice, one continuous matter — and KBL & Associates is structured to treat it that way.
The firm also keeps its process and its people current with how legal work is actually done in Pakistan today — digital SECP and FBR filings, modern document management, and direct, plain-language communication with clients rather than correspondence written to impress other lawyers.
